I wish I could give a 10-​rating to these folks. They are that fantastic. John G. and the rest of the team at Williams Auto Body and Paint Collision Center took care of us like family. We were t-​boned by a rental vehicle (Enterprise) and Enterprise’ Insurance refused to pay out appropriately for the claim. Not only did Williams Auto Body ADVOCATE for us… they completed the work THEY felt was appropriate regardless of whether they got paid from the insurance company that was giving them the shaft! I was so impressed. A+++++++++

I had my 2015 Outback door repair done there. I slammed my door into a brick wall with the help from some wind and William’s made it like new again. From the first morning I went, to the day I picked it up, William’s was professional and courteous. They give you progress reports and their estimate on the finish was spot on. They also detail your car afterwards, very nice work.

This place is the best! USAA gave me a couple recommendations for auto body places in the area, I called one and they gave me an appointment two days later for an estimate and then told me that it’d be two months before they could even start on the repairs — WTF?! So I contacted Williams Body and Paint and they told me to come in the same day for an estimate and they could get working on my vehicle as soon as they received the parts — YES!!!
Everyone I worked with was professional and always stayed in touch concerning the repairs and the status of my vehicle. I was told it would take three to four days to finish the repairs unless they found more damage — they did find more damage and still had my car back to me in four days — dropped off on Monday, picked up on Thursday!
They did an amazing job, my car was super clean when I picked it up — they cleaned the outside as well as the inside — I was definitely happy with the work that was done. They also gave me a gift certificate to a local restaurant as an appreciation for my business.
I know there are some bad reviews on here but please know that they cleaned house two months ago — hired all new people and the new people they hired are great at what they do, they are professional, and they stand by their work. Definitely give them a try if you need any repairs on your vehicle!

A few months back my truck was ran into. the service was excellent, always making sure to call and update me when ever they could and completing the work by the day that was estimated.
fast forward to the present…
unfortunately during the last snow storm we got ran into again in the same truck. Naturally we chose to return to Williams body and paint due to having such a great experience in the past. This time however the customer service has done a complete 180 and is anything but decent. They have yet to call us once, we have been calling to get answers and we just constantly get the run around. its way past the date they estimated to be completed by. We actually had a deal with a dealership to purchase the truck (which we did inform the body shop of) and we had to pull away from the deal due to the shenanigans we are being put through with this body shop. we were told it would (again) be done by today but when I called to check up on it once again its not done because they painted my truck the WRONG color and were NOT even going to tell me! I will NOT be returning to this shop again nor will I ever recommend them. this is absolutely ridiculous… all I ask is maybe an update once in a while instead of keeping my truck for a month now and keeping me in the dark and jerking me around when ever I do finally get them to answer their phones. I hope my truck is beautiful when I get it back… I suppose that’s the only thing I can hope for now.

I came to Williams after being rear ended at a stop light. They were able to see me earlier than my scheduled appointment times for both my estimate and my drop off! The front desk woman (Liz, I believe) was very friendly and helpful. Nice clean waiting area, great service! I got my truck back after only one day, Thanks Williams!
On a side note, Williams also works closely with Enterprise Car Rentals. Enterprise was able to pick me up and drop me off with a less than 10 minute wait each time. Great service!
