Triple C was awesome!
We used them for carpet cleaning and are thrilled with the results!
I called to schedule and was able to get a pretty quick appointment and a good price quote.
The technician showed up right on time and did a wonderful job!

Triple C was awesome, they did very detailed thorough work at a quite reasonable price. The work was scheduled quickly and completed quickly. They were always helpful on the phone and very easy to work with even on weekends. Bobby in particular really helped us out and was very prompt to respond.

Just had my carpets cleaned and they did a fantastic job! Carpets look new again! I have used this company in many occasions for water and mild mitigation, they are responsive and very professionally.

We were referred to Tripple C by a local company after the heavy rains and all of the flooding all over Colorado Springs May of 2015. I called Tripple C and they told me it would be a couple of days before they could get out to me with drying fans and a dehumidifier. That was completely fine. I understood that. I know everyone was totally busy and there was more water than fans all over the Colorado Springs area. Tripple C came out and brought the fans and the «quote» which was really a piece of paper saying what the fan rental was for the day. We were willing to pay that. What I was shocked about was the fact that Tripple C charges 90 dollars to bring their fans to your home so that you can rent them from them. AND THEN charges another 90 dollars to pick up the fans. So that is 180.00 just to drop off their product you are renting from them and pick it up. This was not disclosed. When I received the bill and I called the office I was called every name in the book, I was yelled at and then was told to lose their number because they would never rent to me again. Which was completely fine because I would NEVER do business with an owner that treats people like this. Not only in a time of stress but when they are calling to question a «fee» for my pleasure of using their equipment and paying for it. WORST BUSINESS I HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH IN YEARS.

I rented a Uhaul here, and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Christine was professional, efficient, and very helpful. She helped me situate the truck and equipment, and even helped me hook up the car trailer properly. She went the extra mile and it was very much appreciated! If I didn’t live in TX now, I’d use this company again in a heartbeat. Thanks!

Triple C is professional, courteous, and efficient. I have had them out to clean up flooding as well as have our carpets cleaned. They are awesome!

I typically NEVER write reviews (although I should write more because I have very high standards), but these guys were so impressive that I feel like I need to. After the CO floods we were questioning the mold status of our carpets and Triple C came by to check them out. They were so timely, nice on the phone (explained a lot of stuff we didn’t know about), and most importantly, honest. They checked for moisture and told us that we didn’t need to do anything with our carpets, only take off a small baseboard that was wet and would eventually mold. They gave us fair estimates, told us about the parts that we could easily do ourselves (talk about honesty!) and we were so, so appreciative. In the end we got great advice, saved $$, and decreased a lot of stress! Thanks Triple C, we will recommend you to everyone we know who could use your services!
