The Safe Trader

Went in to look at safes one afternoon and had a certain budget in mind. A very informative and pleasant young woman really knew her stuff. I ended up spending more, quite a bit more, than I intended but not because of a hard sell, or being pressured; because it was the right safe for my needs. I wanted something truly fire resistant in a gun sized safe. She pointed me toward a brand that, after exhaustive research, I believe is the best in the industry. If you’re shopping for a safe know going in that you truly get what you pay for. The Safe Trader carries the best brands in the industry and Aspen is far and away much better to work with than any big-​box retailer. On to the ordering process, we had a couple of glitches on lock type and delivery times, mostly beyond their control, but The Safe Trader did everything possible to make sure I was happy. A solid decision when it was all said and done, and I highly recommend this company.

I really enjoyed my experience at The Safe Trader. The girl that was working was very helpful and knowledgable, she answered my million questions. I really enjoyed the place and the service. She let me know straight what the store was and what it wasn’t. She also told me the best safe for my money and what I was looking for.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that they both have specialty safes in store and online, especially considering they’re the only safe store with higher end safes in town. I’m not sure what happened to the other guys with negative reviews, but I know this business really went out of their way to answer some basic questions about safes and the best way to go about purchasing one for my 9 mm Glock 26. I even had questions about keeping it in my car, or traveling back home to California. I’m planning on growing my gun collection should another round of crazy gun laws comes around in 2015 so want even better protection, and didn’t mind spending the marginal cost for a much better benefit of a higher end safe that this store offers.

I spent weeks searching for a home safe small enough to hold important documents and my 9 mm handgun, but built tough enough to keep thieves out for good. I searched all the big box stores and hardware stores with no luck– finally found a quality home safe at the safe trader with huge thick bolts and a 2 hr fire rating! I highly recommend them if you’re in search for a durable security safe. It was definitely worth the trip from Denver!
