We specialize in partnering with realtors and home sellers to stage homes so that they show beautifully, sell quickly, and obtain top dollar. We assist home sellers with every aspect of preparing a home for sale, giving them a full report of what needs to be packed away, fixed, cleaned, and updated. We advise them on color selections, countertops, lighting, flooring, appliances, and any other needs they may have. We offer staging for vacant homes as well, and have our own extensive inventory of items for this purpose as well as partnerships with furniture companies if rental furniture is desired. For realtors, we have special rates and a referral program. In addition, we also offer a full range of interior design services. Lisa Vargas has a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design, and is an HSR Certified Professional Home Stager and Redesigner. She is a member of the Real Estate Staging Association, the American Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners, and is an Affiliate Member of the Women’s Council of Realtors. Lisa is serving her second year as Treasurer of WCR, and was elected the 2012 Affiliate Member of the Year. Lisa’s company exists to help homeowners and Realtors get their homes and listings sold quickly for the most amount of money possible. Lisa is knowledgeable, personable, and professional, and helps make the home-selling process less stressful for clients. The Professionals is a full-service, full-time staging company that stages both Occupied and Vacant homes, as well as offering Interior Design services.
