We started in 1978 as a Mom and Pop Butcher Shop, after several years, we moved on to Grocery retail Meat, then to Restaurant Provisions Management. In 2013 I decided to open a high quality Butcher Shop, in North Colorado Springs. We started with simply the retail side and are continuing to grow, we are projecting to be set up for Wild Game Processing for the 2014 hunting season.
We also have plans for a Frozen Locker Service, and on site slaughter and processing of beef, pork, and lamb.
We hope to be a valuable organization in this community

Business Owner
Started in the meat business in 1978 in California, stayed in the trade until 1997, went in a different direction until 2013. In Aug. 2013 I decided to follow my passion and go for opening the best possible shop for myself and family. I have my children learning the trade and someday plan to hand the CEO position to my son so we can have a business we can be proud of.
