I am an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Military Military Relocation Proessional (MRP) and offer a military cash-​back program for active duty military personnel. I am also a trained and certified home stager and offer complimentary staging services to my sellers.

As a real estate professional from another state, I am always searching for the best agent representation for my clients when they move into a new area. After speaking with several area lenders and real estate vendors in the Colorado Springs area I was directed to Terry MacRae at RE/​MAX.
My client was only in town for two days as a preliminary visit. Terry took the time to meet my client, show him homes that fit his price range and familiarize him with the ‘ins & outs’ of the area with no guarantees that he would take the position. My client phoned me from the hotel that evening, exited to have met Terry as he was very pleased with her professionalism and knowledge of the area.
Unfortunately he did not take the position, although I will continue to refer clients to Terry as she has proven to be a professional, knowledgeable and an accommodating real estate agent willing to serve her clients needs.
