SWAT Home Security

When we built a home in 2013 we had a very large budget for home security and AV wiring. Part of the package from our builder was a 2Gig Go Control Panel unit, several modules for controlling lights, a compatible thermostat and one year of monitoring from SWAT. Unfortunately after the first year was up Carl the owner of SWAT refused to give us access to the unit anymore and will not return calls or emails. Our builder attempted to have him contact us but pretty much told us to give up. So the builder gave us the basic unit and some control modules but unless you continue to pay Carl for monitoring it’s useless as Carl locks out the system with an installer code and won’t change it. Buyer beware as unless Carl unlocks the unit you never really own it even if you do on paper so it’s worthless.
