Business Owner

C. David McDermott is President, Shareholder and Director in the firm. He has been with the firm since 1980.

Mr. McDermott practices primarily in the fields of Commercial, Corporate, Real Estate and Business law where he represents a number of businesses and individuals.

He completed his undergraduate education at The Colorado College, earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1977. He received his Juris Doctorate from Washburn University in 1980.

As a long-​time resident of the area, Mr. McDermott has served as a member of the Colorado Bar Association Real Estate Council, as Trustee of the El Paso County Bar Association, and as a member and President of the Board of Education for Cheyenne Mountain School District 12. He also served as a member and past Chairman of the Board of the Greater Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce. He currently serves as Trustee & Vice Chairman of the Colorado Thirty Group, is on the Board of Directors of The Hundred Club and as Trustee of Myron Stratton Home.
