News Flash — they actually do care and go out of their way to exceed customer’s expectations, not just meet them! My wife’s car was damaged during the hail storm last October. We waited for five months while another auto body repair place gave us the run around, not to mention, the manager yelling at my wife over the phone about the state of her business. Finally, we were referred to Status Symbol. From the moment my wife got off the phone with Wayne, she made the comment that she had a really good feeling about this place; the entire experience was eye opening on how stress free these transactions should be. I dropped the car off and Wayne went through the process with me. He then explained to me that I would be receiving phone calls updating us on the status of the repair weekly. Well, how many times have we been told that? It actually happened, he actually called every week. Not only that, if I was busy and didn’t answer, he would leave a message and then proceed to call my wife. Incredible! Could be the first time I was told this and it actually happened. The estimate by our insurance company missed a lot of stuff that should have been covered. How many times did I have to get involved with getting more money from the insurance company? ZERO times. Wayne took care of everything right down to getting the rental car agency to drive me to the shop after I dropped the rental. The repairs were completed well before the estimated time and it looked incredible. It literally looked brand new. When my wife and girls saw it for the first time they kept saying, «it’s new, it’s new».Wayne walked me around the car explaining what they had done and it was amazing. I am by no means a professional in this field but it became very apparent to me that the only way you could get done what they had to get done and before the date promised is that you are really, really good at what you do. Thank you all for making this a truly great experience.

I originally had planned to take my 2013 Focus here to have some minor front end damage repaired from a truck that dropped his load on the interstate. On the day I was supposed to drop off the car I was rear-​ended. Status Symbol was super easy to communicate with during this stressful time. From the very start you can tell that they have a sense of pride in their work — I’m a car guy myself so that’s very important to me. Despite the fact that my car ended up being out of commission for quite a long time due to the additional damages, they were always communicative and happy to let me come check in on the car’s progress. I also liked that when I got my car back, the whole thing was cleaned up very nicely and I believe they vacuumed it as well. It’s nice to get it back cleaner than when it was dropped off. All in all I really appreciate the quality of their work and won’t ever take one of my cars elsewhere.

This shop is fantastic… no matter who I spoke to or when they were always extremely polite and most important helpful… excellent customer service. They kept me informed on the progress of my repairs and finished when the said they would… the work was outstanding… I highly recommend them!

Staus symbol service, expertise, and attention to detail is fabulous! I had to cancel my appointment and reschedule a week later and they were so accommodating. The work was impecable and they even did a «little extra» without charging me. It is obvious they are proud of their work and business. You CANNOT go wrong!!!

Status Symbol Auto Body came to my rescue! I was in an auto accident and had damage to the front end of my Toyota 4Runner. The owners were extremely personable and really seem to care about my situation. They kept me informed and up-​to-​date on the process of the repair. They did all the work for me, as they worked directly with my insurance company and notified of approvals for the work to be done. When I picked my car up from their shop, it looked better than it did before the accident and actually ran better! I feel like I have a brand new car!!!
