Skyy Blue Photography was established in 2008 by animal lover and passionate photographer, Ali Peterson. Originally based in San Diego, Skyy Blue Photography relocated to Colorado in late 2012, now servicing Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.

Ali is not only a passionate photographer and lover of animals, she is a dedicated professional who invests significant time to strengthen her skills and follow industry trends and standards.

With Ali, it’s not just about the photos, it’s about the experience. She gladly spoils her clients like they spoil their pets by listening to, connecting with and educating them, providing each and every client with a unique and enriching experience. Using her knowledge of photography and photojournalistic techniques, she aims to capture pets as they truly are, providing clients with beautiful keepsakes that represent their beloved pet in a way they’ll cherish forever.

As a graduate of Brooks Institute for Photography, humane society volunteer, photography business owner and mother to three dogs of her own, Ali is well trained in photographing and interacting with pets and their people.
