Randy’s High Country Towing

Very disappointed with the service we received: Called to schedule an appointment to move a large toolbox the following day. The company called 1 hour and 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to cancel the appointment because they do not like to move toolboxes at night. Why didn’t they tell us that when we made the appointment? Timing was a crucial issue, the toolbox needed to be moved, and this left us in a bind.
We received great, insured service from Anthony’s Towing, LLC, and will use and recommend them from now on. Unfortunately, this company lost a potential customer who would have had ample opportunity to refer their services to others.

Randy’s towing came through on Christmas! My daughter slide off a road in the back of the Broadmoor (a road that should have been closed). Mario arrived within 30 minutes and was very challenged by the road conditions. He handled that truck like a pro and got my daughters car out without causing any further damage. Turned a holiday damper completely around. Oh and they did not take advantage of the timing and were very fair with the price. Thanks so much!!!

You get what you pay for — or in my case, what Verizon’s roadside assistance paid for. Only outfit in town that isn’t staffed by sheisty vandals, as far as I’m concerned. (I’d already tried a couple of other companies that day.) I got a fast, friendly tow from a very challenging spot. Yes, it was a little expensive, but there wasn’t any property damage… and there probably should have been. It was a really tight spot. And of course, they gave me a ride home. Nate and Ryan. Loved those guys.

So, you never really want to need a tow, but when you do, call these guys. They’re honest, hard working and won’t mess you over. Not only were the only company that would come tow our RV off off I-​25 during rush hour on Friday, they also recommended a shop that was able to fix our rig in a timely manner. The shop (ATS, I think) wasn’t really interested in working with on long term service, but they got us up and running at least — and that’s no reflection of the tow company. Finally, Randy’s took us and our dogs home instead of leaving us stranded at the shop. We didn’t actually have to pay the towing bill b/​c we had towing insurance, but the rates they quoted were extremely reasoable too. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re in a pinch.
