What in the world?! The employee they had working the register actually didn’t know how to ring things up, so it took another employee away from getting orders ready for those who had somehow managed to place their orders. She couldn’t figure out how to ring up my friend, so after 5 minutes of her trying he got fed up and left without getting any food.
Thankfully all I ordered was Red Beans & Rice. However they gave me a bag that had food smeared on it, and didn’t include any napkins.
If there was better training on register usage things would be much more smooth.

Walked into this Popeye’s on my way home from work. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while three different employees were working on orders. Not one of them even acknowledged my presence; not one smile; nor did one of them let me know they cared that I had chosen to be their customer that night and someone would be right with me.
I left, in shock, and gave me business and money, to a different restaurant. Will not be back to this location.

This place has NO air conditioning so it’s hotter than hell. The place is also old and run down. Service was fast and friendly but the chicken was dry and the biscuits were stale. I usually love Popeyes but this location has serious issues.

Definitely recommend their chicken. Best in town. I enjoy this place at least once a month. Great food and a great staff. Orders always come out fast and always correct. I had the red sticks recently and those are pretty good as well.

The best fried chicken in town. The new red stick combo is pretty good as well. Not a whole lot of chicken in the basket but still very good. The boys and I come by this place every Friday. If you want the best fried chicken in town you have to go to Popeye’s.

The fish is prepared fresh so we had to wait a few minutes but they offered us water while we waited. Hilario brought our food to us and was very professional /​friendly.
Food was worth the wait! Everything was hot and tasted fresh.
Only issue was that they offered us butter/​honey but wasn’t in the bag when we got home.

This is THE store in Colorado Springs! They have a corporate rating system, and the employees there are always scrambling for the highest ratings. Their customer service is awesome, and this store is the largest Popeye’s in town, making it very comfortable inside. The staff is on the ball, and delight in their great service. The food is always fresh, hot and tasty.
