Pretty disappointed. Had them do a rack and pinion replacement about 2 yrs ago. ($ 1100) A week later, had to take it back with same issue and they replaced the power steering pump for additional $ 400. All went well until I noticed fluid leaking. The boot was split and the whole thing needs replaced again because the «high pressure hose» split and ruined the rack and pinion. I would have gladly had that replaced at the same time had I known. Would have been happy if they would have compromised halfway with me. After initial $ 1500 investment another $ 1200 will not be coming their way. I will give this and all future business to another shop and tell many others of my experience.

These guys saved me a fortune doing a vehicle inspection on an RV. It had all kinds of issues I never would have picked up on otherwise. My regular mechanic was booked solid but they got it done the same day. I’d also suggest them for alignments over Jack’s, who «jacked up» my car years ago. Again before our regular mechanic got an alignment machine I was going to Newbills with no issues.
