Very good. Great customer service. LH below is what you find in Monument — very snoddy, liberals. Forget about what they pay their employees. Unilocal is a review of the food and service. LH below hates McDonalds and still eats there? I dont understand. This McDonald’s is one of the best. The food is good. Service Outstanding. Monument is a tough town. Very mean, unfriendly people.

They try so hard but just do not have staff in place to handle volume especially during promo events. Came today for the BIG MAC special at noon and they had 8+ cars backed up in Drive Thru and 7 orders inside and the staff was waiting for back room to fix the burgers. It’s MC D folks and some of these ratings just do not fly.
I just wish this location spoke more ENGLISH… sorry!

Like most McDonald’s, the food is not good. I hate eating in McDonald’s also because of the reputation for not paying or treating employees well. Every once in a while my sons convince me to eat here. I always later regret it.

The only reason I am giving them one star is because I have to. I stopped by as usual to get my morning coffee and meal but the credit card machine was down so they might have well been close. I didn’t get my breakfast and Dave the manager even refused me a cup of coffee even though it was THEIR error. All he kept saying was «nothing I can do about it». Extremely rude. Now I’m going to work with no coffee or food because I don’t have time to stop anywhere else. Not a great way to start the day. I will NEVER return to this McDonald’s.

I only stop here from time to time when I am in the area. Every time that I swing by I have had a good experience. I cannot say that I have anything to complain about as most of the staff is friendly and gets the food out quick.

reason for downgrade? staff apathy. I was the ONLY one waiting at the counter (on a weekday around lunch time (should have been warning bells)) and *I* had to get the attention of the cashier… she was too busy socializing. Since she couldn’t pay attention to me for 30 seconds, I had to ask her for my cup as well. I don’t want to sound like a whiny b**ch, but come on, this shouldn’t be that hard.

Wise decisions aren’t often made at 3:30am. I was heading home and for some odd reason I had a craving for a McDouble. It could have been the lure of cheap food, or maybe the mysterious glow of the golden arches in the fog, but I found myself in the drive-​thru; moments later taking a bite of a hot McDouble. At least it was only a $ 1.08 worth of disappointment. I don’t know why I torture my body by eating McDonald’s. The stale bun over the grade D– «meat» was just a reminder of how crappy Micky D’s is.
