Established by local flooring artisan Benjamin Croatt. Benjamin has an honest «hands-​on» approach as an owner, staying present throughout the entire project. Every aspect of the flooring job is overseen and directed by the same individual you meet at estimate time.

Business Owner

Benjamin Croatt is the owner and operator of JBC Custom Flooring. Benjamin has been a Colorado Springs resident for all his life, and currently resides with his beautiful wife and daughter in Old Colorado City. Benjamin is heavily involved in the local community, and in particular he is a supporter of the local art and music scene. He has interests in conservation of the environment, organic food production, outdoor enjoyment, and living a holistic lifestyle.

Benjamin has been working in the flooring industry for fifteen years, and has a passion for creating memorable designs and a quality floor that is built to last.
