The first time a guy came out to look at my furnace, he left with it still not fixed and a newly fried transformer. He insists that the transformer problem was not his fault but I am still very skeptical as his explanation seemed to sound like he was covering his tracks. I ended up replacing the furnace entirely. The owner, Lonnie, contacted me and even came out and installed the new furnace with a different guy to make sure it was done correctly and also took off the $ 340 I paid for the original repair. The owner coming out and giving me a discount rectified the situation so I will consider doing business with them in the future.
