Terrible customer service, at least over the phone. The guy seemed aggravated that I was asking him for price and availability. I gave him the tire size that I was looking for, and after he told me what he had available, I asked him if there were any other tire sizes that I could use. He sounded annoyed as if I was waisting his time and he had better things to do. Well guess what, we all do. I work in retail too, and this was terrible phone etiquette that has resulted in the loss of a potential sale.

Definetely the place to go for any of your vehicle needs. While my husband was deployed I came here for a tire repair and they took very good care of me and didn’t see that I was a female naïve about «car stuff» and try to take advantage of me like other businesses have in the past. When it came time for me to get new tires, they had the best prices and took great care of my husband and I. I would recommend them to anyone no matter how big or small your needs are!!!

I bought a tire here that was flat by the end of the day and left me stranded in a parking garage in Denver on a Saturday night. To compound matters, they refused to replace, repair, or refund and called me a liar by claiming the tire was not theirs. The scam is they say that they mark the tires they sell so when you bring one that fails back and it doesn’t have a mark (because, of course, they don’t mark them) they can claim you are the one who’s trying to pull a scam. This way they are not responsible for anything they sell. This business is very dishonest and unreliable. You will be much happier and your rights as a consumer will be protected if you do business with one of the chains. Better service and better customer service.

I have this car, and when I bought it two tires were worn more than the others… H&H had exact matches to the ones I had, and a fantastic price! This guys ends the story with a smile and cash left over in his pocket!
