History

Established in 2001.

Cuchiaro & Associates have extensive experience providing accounting and financial services to small and mid-​sized businesses all across the Pikes Peak region. Clients include construction companies, medical practices, technology companies, religious organizations, plus property management and retail sales. The firm has gained extensive negotiating experience helping clients with leasing issues and assisting in real estate buy/​sales roles.

Cuchiaro & Associates are also advocates for the elderly population. We provide services that enable elderly clients to stay in their own home for as long as possible. We assist them with bill reconciliation and payments (including medical billings) and account management. We assist clients with household property maintenance and remodeling — including insurance company claim management as well as negotiating with contractors.

Meet the Manager

Patricia C.

Manager

Patricia earned a BSBA in Accounting from the University of Colorado in 1997. She has taken graduate classes at the University of Denver, University of Virginia and the University of Washington. She is committed to education and continually educates herself on new aspects of accounting, management, marketing and technology solutions. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of CPAs.

She comes from an entrepreneurial background; her family had construction, retail and real estate business interests. She assisted with the management of these while she was growing up and well into her adult life. Patricia established a successful retail business in 1984 and managed it for 15 years before becoming a CPA. She uses her own commercial operational and management experience to assist her clients with their business challenges and to help them succeed.
