History
Established in 2009.
In 4.6 Coquette’s has won numerous awards and received national kudos. They opened in Manitou Springs in 2009, then opened a bakery location to produce products form their own flour blend. Their products are now carried at Whole Foods and other outlets. They moved downtown and opened on April 1st in a much expounded location with dining, patio, bar and retail shop. They have a frozen food line already available and intend to grow (lasagna, pot pies and crepes) all 100% GF

Once a singer in a rock n roll band, and having managed some of the «in» restaurants in Los Angeles, she and her mother/partner, MIchelle opened Coquette’s 5 years ago and they remain dedicated to quality, health consciousness, good service and a fun environment.
