Staff was awesome. Called ahead and booked an appointment to get my engine worked on. Midas quoted me at close to 2k. They did the repairs for about half and were super friendly. My car was fixed in a matter of hours. They offer a warranty on repairs and my car is running better than ever! I’ll be back next time I run into any problems with my vehicle.

I love these guys! Seriously I moved to Colorado springs and was having issues with my ford explorer. One shop told me a bad transmission, mark the old service manager took care of me very well and was able to get me out the door with a $ 140 repair bill instead of the quoted $ 2200 the other shop said. Since then I have sent multiple people down to copper and Floyd the new service manager treats them great and I have heard good reviews from my customers. One customer told me brakes plus quoted her $ 500 to fix a wiring issue that cooper did for half the cost. These guys understand that you are human and car repairs are always unexpected. This is why I return :-)

Ian and staff really know how to take care of their customers. Pricing is always fair and their work is done in a timely and professional manner. I take both of my vehicles there, even though Cooper Automotive is not very close to where I live. I am glad I have finally found a trustworthy mechanic to rely on.

I feel so lucky to have stumbled across this place. A random woman gave me their card when she overheard me talking about how much I felt ripped off by my last mechanic, and my frustrations with the industry in general. So if they do good enough work to drive someone to give me their card, they must be pretty good!
There was quite a bit of work to be done on my car (belts, brakes, oil change), and I had received quotes from two other mechanics… but it all seemed so high. Cooper prices came in about 20% lower than my previous quotes, but they even told me one of the services that had been «highly encouraged» to me wasn’t needed for at at least a year.
They are really nice people, and give honest assessments. I wish I could do a 4.5 star review — their waiting area could use a fresh coat of paint and a good cleaning (but it is a bunch of guys working hard so understandable that paint isn’t a priority).
