Business Owner

Jeremy Combs is the founder and Executive Property Manager of COMBS Property Manager. He has served in multiple components of the US Army for the past ten years before choosing to following his dream and open a for profit organization. He has formal and actual experience in leadership and management and has been in some type of leadership role throughout his life. Jeremy has a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University and is currently completing a Masters Degree from Drexel University. He is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) He has completed a Professional Property Management Course through and is finishing up requirements to become a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is a certified pilot and is currently working on his Instrument Rating. He is a leader, a veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan campaigns, and a proud father that is looking to make a significant impact on the rental leasing industry and in the militar
