With a extensive back ground in anatomy, biomechanics, triggerpoint, and the Fascial Distortion Model I am able to take a multi-​faceted approach to solving pain and restriction. In my previous job as a Rehab Therapist, I’ve seen everything from top athletes to car accident victims.

I specialize in deep tissue and other soft tissue techniques to help with muscle, nerve and fascial dysfunction.

I graduated college with a degree in Exercise Science, Therapy, and Rehab after having the unique opportunity to intern at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. Soon after, I moved out to Colorado Springs in pursuit of mountains, adventure and like minded people — I found plenty. I got married to one of the most gifted people I have ever met, and moved to Peyton. After working 3 years as an Exercise Rehab Therapist and meeting a lot of great people and studying under some very intelligent doctors, I set out on my own to begin helping people in a way that I saw fit encompassing everything I have learned.

Also, I consider myself somewhat of an athlete as well, which I regard as just as important a tool as any of the techniques I have listed. To really understand the struggles and mindset of an athlete, you must be one yourself. All of the books in the world cannot teach you that.
