Excellent, from the scheduling to pick up to the interior/​exterior detail itself. I am usually don’t bother with the interior detail because at other places I have to go back and do it myself anyway. I didn’t have to do a thing except put all of my stuff back in my car (I completely emptied everything including the glovebox prior to appt). Best detail I have ever gotten, and good price too. I would give more stars if I could.

I was searching everywhere for the piece I needed for my bumper to be secured back onto my vehicle. I first contacted a dodge place, since my vehicle is a dodge, and they wanted me to just get my vehicle fixed without an estimate. I knew what I needed to fix my vehicle, but could find it anywhere. when I contacted bumperdoc, they said to bring it in to get an estimate. As soon as they looked at my vehicle they said I needed a bracket, which is exactly what I needed. They were able to get me in the next day and fixed it within an hour. It was a great price (under $ 100 for part and labor). I highly recommend going to them.

Great service. I know nothing about cars but knew I wanted certain things done with mine. They walked me through a lot options gave suggestions which helped better my decision. Honest workers who work with you to get what you truly want.

These guys did an amazing job! First of all they really had to work to squeeze me in but they did, and then the guy stayed even longer than he should’ve had to in order to finish my car.
I have never had my car detailed and polished so … well… so detailed! They buffed out scratches and shined up the sun faded plastic parts of the car even.
I am super impressed and will continue to come back here whenever I need my car looking like new!

I went to BumperDoc for my Corolla two years ago and they fixed it up real good. Unfortunately I got into an accident in January I came right back. Art, Arte, Kasey/​Casey, and Josh made sure I was taken care of. I had extensive damages to my right side and everything besides my door and mirror were replaced. I also came in multiple times to check on my car to get updates visually and verbally, so they to deal with me about twice a week. I love BumperDoc, but I don’t want to come back anytime soon unless it’s a detail.

They were fantastic! They quoted me the price of a repair and the price was exactly as they quoted. I left my car a Thursday morning and already had it back completely repaired by Friday at 5pm. They were knowledgeable bad extremely friendly. They took care of my car and eased all my worries. Definitely will come here again if I need any future repairs.

This business is very professional. The owner was kind enough to get me in right away and the woman who helped me on the phone the day before was very kind and knowledgeable. To me a little kindness goes a long way and it was an overall great experience with a clean office and a good location right off the highway. I will definitely refer this business to others looking to fix bumpers or windshield chips/​dents/​etc. I appreciate the great experience thank you!

EXCELLENT SERVICE: I found BumperDoc via internet search. My front bumper was hanging on one side, as the clips were no longer holding it up & the bolts stripped. Plus, a piece of the metal «framing”(?) inside was hanging down & catching my tire. I was concerned that my tire would puncture, which are newer tires. Also, I was more concerned the metal would fly off causing a traffic accident. My car is old (’98 Subaru) & nothing pretty to look at, as it’s practical & still a good car in that sense. However, I’m on very limited funds & was concerned of what this would cost me.
BumperDoc happened to be open on Saturday where most other places were not. They closed at 3 pm & I arrived at 2:30 pm thinking I would just get an estimate. However, when they told me they could fix it for under $ 50 — I asked if it could be done at that time. To my surprise, they did do this. There was only 2 people (Arte — one of the owners — pronounced «Artay») & her «body man» (Aaron — sorry I forgot your title).
I know it was the end of their work day & they were probably ready to get home. However, they both took the time to take care of my car. Even after 3 pm came & went Aaron stayed after to do one last little thing I asked, which was to add another bolt from the outside to hold the bumper down more… again, wasn’t looking for pretty just practical & most of all SAFE TO DRIVE! So Aaron did do this for me & it didn’t look bad at all… you can barely tell there’s an extra bolt there.
I had some previous damage from an incident that took place years ago on my passenger side, which effects both doors & the entire panels. I asked Arte if she could just give me an estimate (more curious than anything). Again, it’s still Saturday, still after they officially closed & yet she still took time to take PICS of the doors with the promise to email me the estimate that following Monday.
She was true to her word, as I received the email that Monday. She even tried to look for after-​market parts, at my request, to help save on cost. Unfortunately, at this time, I’m still not in a financial position to get the doors repaired. However, when/​if I do, I’ll definitely return to this place for their quality of service in going above & beyond (without complaining).

This place is awesome! They are the friendliest people you will meet when it comes to body shops. I was able to communicate with them through email throughout the whole bumper replacement ordeal. I dropped my vehicle off on Friday morning and they had it done by Saturday afternoon. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family and IF, hopefully not, I need repairs in the future, they will be the first people I call! Great job, Art and Kevin!

Had a 2005 Honda Odyssey completely detailed in July 2015 ($ 250.)
Overall, I am pleased with the way the van turned out. The exterior looks great — the van was waxed, the front is bug free, and the tires and windows look great. The leather and vinyl on the inside is clean and shiny. Having never had a detail, I thought that surface scratches would have been eliminated. I thought a rubbing compound would have been used on some of the areas, but that doesn’t appear to be the case. I didn’t point them all out, but did point out some scuff marks on the back of the mirror, which got removed by using some paint thinner and some cleaner.
Now on to the negatives… Before I left the lot, I inspected the vehicle. Kevin was very accommodating in addressing all the areas I pointed out to him which I appreciated. I don’t know if I had higher expectations, or this was just a «quick job» and the attention to detail was lacking. Maybe the vehicles are cleaned inside and things aren’t seen in that lighting like when it’s outside? Here are a few observations:
1. I had pointed out (when I dropped off the vehicle) blue dye from blue jeans on the front seat. It was obvious an attempt was made to clean the seat — which I appreciated — but there were steaks (which Kevin easily removed when I pointed them out to him.)
2. There were streaks on the inside door panel (Kevin said they were water) which easily came off.
3. Honda Odysey’s have rear grab handles on the backs of each of the seats. It was obvious that they weren’t touched. Kevin was able to remove the dirt from all four handles.
4. There were stains on the carpet — which Kevin was able to remove.
5. When I got home, I took the floor mats out of the trunk (they were still wet, and it was advised not to use them until they were dry.) Most of the mats looked fine — but they should have because I actually keep «Walmart cheap throw rugs» in the rear and trunk so I can toss the rugs in the washer/​dryer. I had previously cleaned my mats with a Bissell portable cleaner, so I know how clean the mats can get. The driver’s side mat was still dirty, as evidenced by me rubbing a white rag over the area and having the rag pick up dirt. I suspect that a wet cleaner was used on the mats, but the moisture was not sucked out so the dirty water stayed in the mat.
So, overall, I am happy with my clean van, but was disappointed that it wasn’t perfectly clean. Unrealistic expectations? I don’t know. I think for $ 250, I shouldn’t have to point out areas that got missed, or have floor mats that still looked dirty.
This being said, I did speak to Art, the manager, who offered to come to my house to pick up and re-​clean the mat in question. I declined his offer because I had already gotten the stains out by using a wet cloth and some elbow grease. He then offered a complimentary car wash. And, I just might take him up on that offer!
Would I recommend Bumper Doc — probably — if I knew the person didn’t expect perfection. I have to say that their customer service is excellent! Kevin was very cheerful and accommodating to my pointing out areas in question, and Art was nice when I called him.

Just had my 2015 Durango RT clear bra installed. Full front bumper, 12″ hood. Mirrors and lights. All I can say is WOW! Seamless install. Kudos to the team at Bumper Doc.

Had a Toyota Sienna MiniVan Detailed on the exterior. Exceptional work. They really got it right all the way around. Very impressed. I have had bad experiences with others in the past.

My youngest son put a 1.5 inch crease in the door of my car by swinging an SUV door into it. I take pride in my vehicles and cannot tolerate door dings, so this had to be fixed.
I did some research on the internet and there were three places with Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) that caught my eye. One place was way on the far side of town and the other two were relatively close to my house. I crossed the first place off my list. Between the other two places, one was a dedicated PDR shop and the other was Bumperdoc.
I figured BumperDoc was just a bumper specialist, so I called the dedicated PDR shop first. I got an answering machine. Very little turns me off more than calling a business and getting an answering machine, but I decided to just drive by the shop on my way home. When I got there, the door was locked and a sign on the door said to call them. No thanks. I will not chase someone down in order to give them my business.
My other choice was BumperDoc. It was just a few minutes away, so I drove over there. I walked in and was greeted by the owner, Art. He took a look at my car and said his PDR tech, Mark, could probably get to it immediately. Mark went straight to work, but first he explained the expectations for the job. Since it was a crease, Mark could not promise that he could make it 100%. I am very familiar with PDR and knew this was very reasonable. Mark said he felt he could make the repair to my satisfaction, so I agreed.
The building is located off Garden of the Gods Rd in a fairly low-​key location. Inside, however, the facility is very clean and well-​organized. There was complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, and tea, and other snacks were available for a nominal fee. The prices were clearly marked above the desk. The furniture was clean and looked new. These are just small things, but it’s the little things that show attention to detail and how much a business cares about the customer. I spent a little time talking to Art and he seemed like a really nice guy. I observed his interactions with other customers, and his level of commitment to quality was apparent.
The repair was finished and it looks great! I’m a perfectionist when it comes to my cars, and the repair exceeded my expectations. Was it 100% perfect? No. Was it 99.9999% perfect? Yes. Even knowing where the dent had been, I can only find the residual blemish if I spend 2 – 3 minutes looking under oblique lighting. I am extremely pleased.
The bottom line is that the BumperDoc does a lot more than bumpers, and their customer service is exceptional. I will be writing Unilocal reviews for other businesses, but this particular business was what inspired me to start a Unilocal account.

Needed a door ding removed. Art and his technician made sure the paintless dent removal was to my satisfaction and indeed it was. This shop offers many services and products so stop by and see how they can meet your automotive reconditioning needs.

Bought a Groupon for a full interior detail, got a great deal on out, but even without it I would come back! They cleaned up almost 5 years of Lab fur that had collected in every nook and cranny of my car and made it look and smell better than the day I bought it. Not only was the cleaning extremely thorough, the service they provided was excellent. they were friendly and courteous and even pointed out some dents that they could take care of with a decent price quote.
