History

Established in 2009.

Black Label Performance LLC was founded in Colorado Springs, CO by brothers Mike and Mark Gibson in the late stages of 2009. As children, Mike and Mark spent their time watching and helping their father rebuild classic cars. During this time the young Gibson brothers became hopelessly hooked on customizing and building vehicles of all ages, styles and genres. As they became older, they bought and restored or customized their own cars. By the time both brothers were in high school, it was apparent that this was no passing phase in their lives. After years of seriously kicking around the idea of opening a shop with Mike, the brothers finally decided to take that step, and Black Label Performance LLC was born. They strive to consistently offer affordable auto repair services, accurate estimates and turnarounds, comprehensive repairs, convenient appointments and hassle-​free scheduling to all of their customers.

Business Owner

Mark and Mike Gibson are the equal owners of Black Label Performance LLC. Mark typically runs the front of the shop and Mike handles the back side as our shop foreman. Some auto repair shops like to take advantage of customers by overcharging for their services, but at Black Label Performance LLC, the Gibson brothers ensure that you won’t have to worry about being taken for a ride. Mark and Mike aim to establish long-​term relationships with their customers, and offer consistently great service to everybody who walks in the doors of the business.
