Sought them out when doing a home inspection; check out faulty faucets and to do a sewer scope. The scope was about $ 50 less than anywhere else; but that was the only positive during this.
The plumber didn’t seal the pipe completely, which then drips for a week before we noticed (house was vacant). The utility room was flooded when found. They at least fixed that for free.
They scheduled the faucet repairs for a few weeks later; three days prior to closure.
The week before the job, I called to confirm the appt and they forgot to add it to the appointment book. Luckily they remembered us and put us in the book. It took several calls to the new plumber, as they fired the original. He was supposed to order parts for us.
The day of the job, he showed and inspected the job. He then indicated the job would be $ 250 more than previously quoted. He also said he didn’t have the parts needed and would need to come back the next day. He indicated it would be a half-​day job.
The following day, he showed up 45 minutes after the window. It then took him seven hours to do the job.

Called Around the clock for a kitchen sink that would not drain (and spewed water from the vertical line under the sink when the disposal was on). I called on Monday morning and the secretary told me the next day was ALL open. I selected an 8 – 10 appointment making sure if it was complicated they would have enough time to finish the job that day. The secretary called me at 8:48 to let me know the tech was stuck in Woodland Park on another job O_​o and asked me if I could take the 12 – 2 appointment slot.
Now, am not going to lie, this worked out best for me as my husband was working till lunch and I sort of wanted for him to be there as I am NOT mechanically inclined and can’t really answer/​ask many intelligent questions. But nevertheless, I thought that it was not very professional to let me choose my own appointment time and then cancel it when they should have already been at my house (there is your 5^th star there).
The secretary had mistakenly thought that I needed a main line clean out, so she quoted me $ 105 for 100ft of line (the lowest price of the 3 plumbers I called — hence me choosing this company). In reality it was just a sink clean out which costs $ 95! I thought the price was very reasonable.
The technician first tried with the 50ft snake. Nothing really came out of the drain when he pulled it back, but he thought the blockage was gone. He put the elbows back on and we turned on the water. Within 5 minutes the sink was full of water again. So he went back to the truck and got the longer (75ft) snaking machinery. He again pushed all that wire down the tubes and again nothing came out when he pulled it back in. But this time it seemed to have worked. The sink was draining (and the dishwasher was on too) successfully.
So to summarize: the price was very good, they did come the next day, the technician did solve the problem, but again: they changed times and the technician was definitely not careful or clean in his work. He did not clean up his mess before leaving and was not careful with the snake (which scratched my cabinets). So yeah, they get 4 stars. But if I needed a plumber I would probably call them again…

I also requested a sewer scope and a possible power flush for roots in our 1972 home in Woodmoor. Tech was fast and efficient and did the scope showing me that we were exceptionally clean and the power flush was not needed. Total cost $ 135. Gave me another 10 years peace of mind.

The guys delivered as promised. We had a clogged line they found with a camera and transponder. Dug the hole (by hand), found the damaged pipe, repaired and replaced it, made sure the line was clean and flowing freely.

Had a sewer scope done on a home we are purchasing. Technician was very polite and nice! He did a professional job and was on time. Would recommend around the clock for this service any day!

I called on a Monday to make an appointment for the following Friday. The appointment was set for between 2 and 4 on Friday afternoon. I spoke to Jessica and she was friendly and helpful on the phone. I was encouraged. I reconfirmed our appointment on Thursday. They were supposed to call 20 minutes before arriving so I called to check where they were at 3:30 on Friday.
Long story short, I called several more times into the evening and spoke to Anna the last few times and she gave a variety of reasons why they weren’t there and even contradicted early explanations. Our Friday night was wasted, waiting only to be told that they weren’t coming until Saturday morning.
When the worker, not plumber, arrived Saturday we learned that he had only done one other job like ours. His primary job was drain cleaning. The guy spent most of the time on the phone being coached and sending pictures of the drain because he didn’t know what to do. My husband had to go to Home Depot for him twice to get parts, most of which he later had to return because they weren’t needed. After 4 hours and an unfinished job, we were told that the guy needed to leave because he had to be back before the snow got bad. We said we really needed him to finish, he thought he was almost done. After 5.5 hours doing what should have been a simple job, the guy left. Within an hour we saw we now had a leaky garbage disposal.
I set an appointment for a «real plumber» to fix the leak on Monday between 10 and 12. He showed up late, around 2. He was however, a real plumber, knowledge and polite. Turns out our garbage disposal was broken. The company had to replace it free of charge because it was the first guys fault.
What I have left out so far was the ridiculous conversations with Anna. During my first conversation with her, I was told she had been trying to call me for 4 hours, I told her I had just called and spoke to Jessica 1.5 hours earlier so that was crazy that she had been trying to call me. She had so many excuses and even tried to make me feel like it was my fault. I was told the plumber was north of us, he was south of us, they didn’t know we were in Monument, they were coming, then sorry the guy left at 4:30 and they couldn’t reach him. Everything was ridiculous and didn’t make sense and contradicted the last thing we were told. It was exhausting. There was no apology for any of it.
To top it off, I just got a call from Anna telling me that I only paid for 2 hours and since the job took so long I should pay more. They also told me I needed to pay for parts off the truck. I have no idea what parts they think the guy took off the truck. It was a van and he told us he didn’t even know what was in the van since he just got it back.
I told them there was no way I would pay anything else. We wasted so much time waiting for a plumber to arrive and had to tolerate someone that didn’t know what they were doing Saturday morning. My husbands time was wasted going back and forth to Home Depot for no reason at all.
I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all cost. $ 99 could have been a good deal but it wasn’t.

The technician that came out was courteous and professional and explained to us exactly what the problem was and quickly fixed it. He only charged us the $ 45 service charge which was less than what some of the other plumbers were going to charge just to come out and take a look. Another thing I like about this company is that they don’t charge extra for weekend service! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
