I want to say something about a very top notch property management company in the Colorado Springs area this is a company run by two very smart, professional, knowledgeable, friendly very nice people who truly love what they do as they are willing to go the extra mile for the tenants as well as their many property owners to assure their needs are met and in a timely manner. They keep high standards for care and maintanance of their properties to assure you move into a well kept home thats clean and passes the «white glove test» I know cuz ive cleaned some properties for them. As a sub– contractor for Alliance I feel this is a company who is quite resourceful, operates with integrity, they are punctual and return calls promptly. Alliance Property Mgmt Co., is #1 in my book. I have worked with a number of property management companies both as a renter and employee I cannot understand how a majority of these companies get away with some really bad business practices and are never held accountable for their actions. I have not seen or heard bad things about Alliance Prop. Mgmt. Co. They are the people to contact if you need a rental or simply want to lease your home and managed by someone else you can trust then Alliance Property mgmt co is definitely the right choice property management company to call.
