The Carter Vaporium

I’m the kind of guy that NEEDS menthol in my juice, even when dripping. Their «Jungle on Ice» is perfect for me. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. «El Capitan» is also delicious, think Captain Crunchberries… however as I mentioned, I must have menthol.

Looked like a really nice shop, but I was sadly denied entry. I needed juice and I went in with my friend and older brother, my friend and I being 17, and my brother being 19. We both quit smoking with vaping, and I really needed juice but couldn’t get it because this was the only local shop open. I ended up having a cigarette before buying it locally. Anyways, the shop looked like one of the cleanest and nicest around. We were immediately greeted by someone friendly and cool air and proper ventilation. A decent amount of shops tend to be hazy, but this was one of the better ones I’ve been in. It was suited with a vending machine and dripping/​building bar, and didn’t smell like a bunch of ejuice mixing together and hanging around in the air like some other shops in the area, so that’s also a plus. I would definitely recommend this shop and visit again if I could

This is my complete and true word for word experience at the «carter vaporium» on 5÷22÷15. When you walk into the shop the vapor bar is literally right next to the door. So when you walk in you are greeted with billows of smoke in your face, along with the owner of the shop sitting at the vapor bar with acquaintances and friends. Mind you he is very friendly as the service was «friendly», but don’ judge a book by it’s cover. If you are a woman, which my wife was with me at the time, you would take one step in, be the only woman in the store along with sets of eyes looking at you so if your gonna go buy a gift for your husband look elsewhere I would advise. They have a bunch of show items, couches a large flat screen, fish tank with two or three fish literally and a ps4 game system which is probably for show to draw in the younger high school crowd. The tv is never on nor is anyone ever playing the ps4. The entire environment of the establishment makes the clientele feel not welcome as if they do not belong in the shop it self as if you walked into the owners home not his business. No one who works there is really interested in helping you for what you need, they are more concerned with what your knowledge of vaporizers are and if you are a newbie, what they can sell you that is the highest amount of money for what you «need.» All items in the display case are carefully placed to get you to spend the most money and they will push you towards the highest items which are next to the cash register. Everything is purchased separately they will not assemble you a kit and give you a break on the prices. They will build you a starter RDA and throw in some cotton, a little wire, and a free bottle of their own e juice which they make. Let me be blunt and to the point here how much did that really cost them to throw in those three things in for free. All together the purchase was for an mutation v4, a Siegel 150w, 4 sub ohm batteries which are almost 20.00 each and a dual charger which was 35.00 plus tax was 306.00. I went home and un expectedly someone I know gave me an unexpected gift extra batteries, the dual charger and a 100w variable voltage mod box because they had just purchased new mods for them self elsewhere. On 5÷23÷15 I attempted only to return the Siegel 150w, dual charger, and two of the four batteries I had purchased. The charger and batteries weren’t even opened out of the box, and neither did I use the Siegel 150 but in the shop when it was tested with the Newley built rda. I was told that their policy is no returns which is not on their website and also not posted in the store anywhere. I also was not advised or notified when the items are purchased neither on the receipt I received via email. They would not even give me store credit or return it. I would advise you honestly if this happens to you to break your device if you want money back. This is was I was told by the shop attendant,” the only way it would be returned is if something is wrong with the device.” If you would like to receive NY hustle go here because they will rip you off with a big smile on their face. They fully take advantage of being the only vape shop in the area, mind you quality items that are overly priced. To finish my review I would like to add that this is the truth of my experience here, not opinion, not lies exactly word for word of my experience, and will be shared with the public on many different social websites and business review sites. To add a personal note, «This is New Jersey not NY not Staten Island there’s no need for hustle here. I am a Professional Chef and run my own Successful Catering business for extremely Notable clientele a good business treats their clientele with respect and works with them if there is an issue to keep them coming back without your clientele you have no business. I can assure you I will never step foot back into this store neither recommend them to anyone. Just wanted to give an honest review so this does not happen to someone else, I recommend to go online do your research and buy online it will be worth the time, money, and frustration.

This place is super clean with an inviting atmosphere and loaded with the best eliquid I’ve ever tried. 4 out of 5 of their house juices are my rotating all day vapes. Other ejuice lines stocked at this store are also some of the best juices money can buy.
Their prices are on par with other brick-​and-​mortar vape shops, which is typically costlier than internet prices. However, this is one of the few places that actually justify it with providing knowledge behind how to use each product. For someone uncertain or uneducated about e-​cigs, this would be a great place to go to for equipment.
The staff spends a considerable amount of time with customers to teach them about electronic cigarettes. If you’re inexperienced, this is a great place to hang out & be prepared to learn a ton. If you’re experienced, come in with your RDA & try out their flavors. You will not be disappointed.

The people there are great! very helpful and a great selection of juice… one of the first stores i’ve been to in nj and i must say i was impressed when it first started and even more impressed now by the selections they have! I gave some input when they first opened and i saw that they took the input into consideration upon my recent visit and stocked a few juices that i’m sure more then i suggested.

Best vape store I’ve been too hands down. Great juices, awesome atmosphere and really cool people.

I began shopping here about 6 months ago. The owner was very helpful and welcoming. As a small business owner myself I like to support local businesses as opposed to buying online when I can. With that said the quality of customer service has tanked. I went in last week for 3 different products equipment and juice. The guy behind the counter made me feel rushed and like I was interrupting his guy time. No one else was making a purchase, just hanging around vaping. I went back this week. … Unfortunately «happy» was there again. I was purchasing juice and asked if they could please order the flavors and larger size as they had for me in the past. I was told no with an explanation about bad customers. Holy Cow… After spending hundreds of dollars there I was asked if I wanted a loyal customer card? Yeah. …I WAS a Loyal Customer… being treated like an inconvenience. I hope the 3 guys just sitting there blowing vapor can make up for all the lost sales… I’m back to ordering online or driving twice as far to shop where I’m treated nicely.
PS… One of the flavors I wanted was right there on the shelf yet he couldn’t be bothered to look. The 2 stars was for a good start.

Best dam quality e juices i can find anywhere, including manhatten, im from brooklyn and i go all the way to colonia n.j. Just because this vape shop is just totally diffrent from many others, the ride is about 20 min., the owner is is extra well knowledgeable on any vaping product out their and is so dam helpful on helping me get the proper juice… the staff is priemium, second to none, beutiful and extra very clean vape shop, has a very comfortable lounge, and a one of a kind bar, they carry mostly everything in stock, and did i say his juices are primo!!! Just being there is a great experience, i highly recommend this place to any person who vapes whether ur dripping, or a begginer, they welcome u with high energy, and want u to have a good experince when ur there, if i can give this place more stars it will have them but 5 stars is max… like i said. Best dam vape shop in the tri state area hands down!!!
