I have used Refrigerator City for over a decade for repairs and for appliances both for my residence and rental properties that I own. Their prices, delivery and service have always been most fair and honest. I read the bad review posted previously and I do not understand why someone would buy an appliance without examining it first. These are used appliances, and some are «beat up», but that is reflected in the pricing. They also have new and nearly new appliances that you can buy for a fraction of what the big box appliance stores charge.

I wish I was capable of giving this company no stars!!! The unprofessionalism of this company is unbelievable! Twice now they have come to deliver appliances without calling first and that’s not even the half of it!!! The man that showed up this morning to deliver my refrigerator said «it’s too hot to deal with this!!!» Well maybe you shouldn’t be in this profession then and that still doesn’t explain why you have showed now twice without notification! The old appliances were not emptied or ready due to no phone call! The delivery driver was very rude and had absolutely no customer service skills what so ever! The appliances they delivered were filthy and more then just slightly used this company is horrible!!!
