Took a family trip out to Scoops & Grinds today, excited to try the delicious ice cream. My sister ordered her favorite flavor, mint chocolate chip, and was dissatisfied upon on tasting. She politely requested to trade her single scoop for a different flavor and was told it was their policy not to do so because they are a locally owned company. She was told she would need to purchase another scoop if she wanted a different flavor. The ice cream was good but nothing to write home about, but we were even more disappointed by the total obliviousness to modern customer service. We will not be returning.

If you pass by or through Collinsville, OK stop in for coffee and the most wonderful blueberry scones I have ever tasted. Very pleasant management and nice atmosphere. I will definitely go back when I have the opportunity!

Enjoyed having coffee in this cute coffee shop. Great coffee and the service is great. Nice to know that she bakes all of her baked goods and makes her own ice cream.
If you are ever in Collinsville, you need to stop by and enjoy a great cup of coffee or a baked good.

I got the M&M Cookie Dough ice cream on a cone. I recommend that over regular cookie dough ice cream any day! The Frozen Banana Caramelatte was tasty as well. They have so much to choose from. From ice cream, to smoothies, to shakes, to coffee, to cookies & cake, etc.
This is a good place for kids. Especially if a sugar rush is needed. Also, the prices are very reasonable. I didn’t expect with so much they had to offer but I’m definitely not complaining.

Definitely the best ice cream I’ve ever had, AND with an amazing selection of flavors. Not only that, but their baked goods are amazing as well (try the lemonies — Seriously)! There really is nothing bad I can say about this place. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere is really welcoming. It’s always a delight to visit Scoops & Grinds, and to support the local businesses in my area.

Unilocal says five stars is as good as it gets, and I have to agree, Scoops and Grinds is as good as it gets. Not only do they have the tastiest creamiest handmade ice cream, they also always have excellent service and cool artwork, all while maintaining a spotless restaurant. As Apryl M. pointed out, sometimes they even give out freebies! The price may be slightly more than other lesser quality shops, but I never once felt I didn’t get my money’s worth. Support local businesses, and check out Scoops and Grinds, you wont regret it. Also, if you see me, please let me cut in front of you.

the ice cream wasn’t anything special and not that great all ’round. husband and I each got 2 scoops and the cost was almost $ 10. we each checked in and wanted to redeem the «1 free cookie» offer. she told us we only got one since it was one purchase. considering it doesn’t say a purchase is necessary in order to redeem the coupon, we should have gotten 2 free cookies. I didn’t say anything because it wasn’t worth it. neither was the $ 10 ice cream. I would have been happier picking up 2 pints of Blue Bell for $ 6.

First visit this morning and I will be returning! The owner was super friendly, helpful and makes fantastic espresso drinks & baked goods :-) I enjoyed our chat and congratulate them on their 4yr anniversary of opening! I plan to try the ice cream on my next visit.

A delightful little place, great for an after dinner treat. I had a single dip of the java chocolate chunk. It was pretty good! My husband had an iced coffee and together it was four dollars and some change-​not bad. They have all kinds of choices and the atmosphere is great. We sat and read a Currentland paper while we enjoyed our treats. I just love downtown Collinsville and this place. We’ll be going back!

Awesome barrista. Great customer service. My Iced Chai Latte was delicious. Best tip I could give is to get there between 10 am and 1 pm on weekdays, if you want wifi to go with your coffee. A hidden gem.
