Established in 1990.

Dr. Fornero began her practice in 1989 in Belleville, IL. She opened her Collinsville office in the spring of 1993 and treats patients from the surrounding area, including Collinsville, Maryville, Troy, Glen Carbon, Granite City and Caseyville, among other local towns.
