The problem occurred when I went back up to get my car which was getting a front end alignment. I was told at the counter that the computer was unable to align my car and needed some parts. I guess they didn’t realize that I had just had those parts replaced the day before and went there on the recommendation of that shop. After quoting me almost $ 550, I explained to them that I didn’t have that kind of money and that I had actually borrowed the money for the $ 79.99 alignment. I was then charged $ 40 for a diagnosis fee in order to get my keys back and told that if I let them do the work the diagnosis fee would be subtracted. Just a tip… stop performing work on vehicles without the permission of the owner. If I’m interested in a diagnosis I will ask for one. Another idea would be to inform customers up front about the charge. Sure, you got the $ 40 but you also lost a lot of future business.

I had took my Audi to this place just because I live down the street. Come to find out I wouldn’t even take my bicycle there. My Audi had a mass airflow sensor problem that I had took there to fix one week later I had the same problem with my car after was out of Mike’s automotive. So I took it to the Audi shop and they told me it was a mass airflow sensor I told him the situation but I just had that fixed at Mike’s automotive The Audi dealership told me that the mass airflow sensor was no good. So I went back to Mike’s automotive and told him the problem and he rolled his eyes at me. So never again I will go to this place I don’t have time to waste because I like things fixed the first time.
