We made a reservation weeks ago to board our two dogs while we go on a family vacation to Colorado. We confirmed the reservation in the last two days and discussed with a gentleman on the phone what time we’d be dropping them off. When we arrived this evening to drop them off, no one was there. We called numerous times and left messages. We scrambled and made last minute arrangements elsewhere since we are leaving early tomorrow. Someone finally called us back 4 hours later and said they had no record even though we had confirmed twice with them. They offered little in the way of apology and made excuses instead of offering solutions. We will never use this kennel again.
