Talk about modern dentistry! Digital Xrays, flexible hours, a clean, modern, relaxing office space. Dr Samson was great. As a first time patient, a 3am toothache had me calling around for some emergency dental TLC. The ’24 hour emergency dentists’ in my area still have not called me back three hours later AFTER i am home from seeing Dr. Samson.
I called for my appointment and they told me to come right in. Come right in it was, as I walked in, they took my name and the lovely Susan took me immediately into a treatment room. She reviewed what my symptoms were, some basic medical history, and then we were taking digital xrays! So neat! No waiting, retake as many as you need, blow them up for more detail. 21^st century medicine indeed!
With the problem identified as a large cavity she reviewed my options noting that a root canal may be in order. The Doctor came in and introduced himself, talked with me a bit about the situation, looked over the information Susan had gathered and numbed me up. No excessive poking and prodding was done. It was pretty much just cleaning things out, putting some medication on the tooth, and a temporary filling to get me through to either the root canal or an extraction. No pressure either way. The Doctor was pleasant and professional through my visit,. as was Susan and all the staff.
As I checked out, the woman behind the counter reviewed payment options, including an in house payment plan where they bill my credit card monthly in installments. Again, how flexible! I made my next appointment and headed off to decide does it stay or does it go, but either way I will be coming here for all my dental care moving forward.
