History

Established in 2010.

Eco Tech was created to provide it’s clients with the absolute highest level of customer satisfaction possible. Since we started providing mold remediation, mold testing and water damage restoration services 3 years ago we have not had a single unhappy customer. Why? I would rather lose money on a job or do a job for free than fall short of customer expectations. Sure there are projects that take some hard lefts or rights and need to get back on track, but that is part of the process. Each technician, inspector and salesperson that put’s on the Eco Tech uniform knows that they have the opportunity to make someone’s home or business a safer place and that is something we take extremely seriously. Not only do we provide A+ service, but we do it with a eye towards sustainable practices. We only use chemicals that have ZERO VOCs, non-​toxic and GRAS rated. Many business say they are «GREEN», while Eco Tech lives it.

Business Owner

Thomas McGuire is the President of Eco Tech and was a co-​founder in 2010 along with Bill Gillon. McGuire has a degree in biology as well as owned a design build firm for 8 years. These two experiences come together to form the basis of expertise for Eco Tech. Mold remediation is the removal of a microorganism from a building structure. Who better to entrust in that goal than a person with years of microbiology training as well as experience building and designing homes and businesses. McGuire performs sales, marketing and inspections while Gillon performs much of the project management and financial actions of the company.
