I miss the old owners! This is place is under new management and are horrible. Best thing is getting out of this place today! Store hours state it opens at 0930… but they definitely don’t follow that. Gentleman that worked today didn’t come in until late and mumbled something to which I could not understand. I let him know that I already called over a month ago to let them know I was moving out August 10the when movers where scheduled. At first he didn’t know anything about it then finally found it. He then told me he would see if he could get me the pro rated rent but wasn’t sure. No. No. No. I am not paying for a full month for only 20 days when I called in advance about this. My rate already went from 110 a month to 180! Which I was told because of the season. Something that was my fault is that I left my key in Meridian MS and needed to get the lock cut. He said oh you have to call a locksmith now. No help whatsoever when just 2 weeks ago my friend was able to get them to do it or at least borrow the cutters. There was no afditonal help or guidance… he really didn’t care since it was not his problem. Husband went to buy the lock cutters and we took care of it ourselves. The guy was just late and rude from the beginning. With the addditonal costs to rent here… I recommend going elsewhere. No common sense or logic to the new employees they hired. On top of everything else we asked for them to unlock the trash so we can throw some boxes away and all we for was «no». So I just looked at him for a second and finally asked why. He said because someone messed up and ruined it for everyone. I was on the phone with district management when this occurred so they heard everything and is going to handle the situation. Plus with new management they changed their gate hours and good luck trying to get in if you work a shift not in their times.
