Came here with the family a few days ago. Food was decent. typical for a chain. However, every time I come to this location service is an issue. Seems like management needs to reiterate that service is vital to a restaurant. Even though service is sub-par, this is still my favorite sit down chain in Collierville due to the decent food.

Well, the food was ok. The service was not. When will waiters realize they will make more money by getting better tips by being very attentive to the customers? It was almost like we were completely ignored once the food arrived. Here is some advice — keep an eye on the tables and when drinks, bread, etc. start to get low, automatically brings refills without having to be flagged down to do it then making people wait forever while the food gets cold. Also, act a bit friendlier and like you appreciate the customers coming to eat there. There are other places to eat, you know. I think this is pretty much the norm for most restaurants in this area. It almost makes you just want to eat at home all the time. Also, speaking of O’Charley’s, so what if you are spending money to make the buildings look different and all. Why not train your employees to do their jobs right? Get rid of the ones who are just there for a paycheck, like the one we experienced today, and probably most of them there. Also, make sure the tables, floor, bathrooms, silverware, etc. are absolutely spotless. This place was not clean enough today, probably due to employees who don’t care. Where was the manager? I never saw him. He should have been actively checking things and seeing how the customers are being handled. Maybe the manager needs to be replaced as well, since it appears he is not doing his job either? To sum it up, we will not be back to this O’Charley’s or any others in the area. I would suggest eating somewhere since this one is known to be very much sub par.

Don’t order deserts without asking the waitress to heat them prior to bringing them 2 the table. When my party and I arrived we waited 15 mins before we even got our beverage. Later, after ordering our desert was not heated and then the waitress said that she did heat it n the microwave. I was thinking I’m a restaurant so, I don’t want to hear you warming my food up in a microwave at a restaurant smh. Thumbs down

I’ve been eating at this chain since Shirley Temples and Roy Rogers were my favorite drinks. After moving to Collierville, I gave this location a try at least 10x. Never, have I had even a 3 star experience at this location. The. Service. Is. Horrible. The management at this location may be worse. I am not one to live in or even communicate negativity but… Please, if you are thinking of going here, turn around. Your chances of enjoying a great Collierville restaurant/chain are much higher.

The restaurant was packed when we arrived. We had about a twenty minute wait. Once seated we were promptly greeted and drink order taken. At some point our server changed. I ordered the loaded potato soup and a filet steak dinner. My only problem with the food was with the soup. There was not ONE potato in it. I just sent it back. My rating is primarily due to that and the service. Our server was nice but she was slow. I would like to attribute that to being busy but really not sure…

I usually love O’Charley’s for a quick and easy meal. But our experience today was atrocious! The service was extremely slow yet they weren’t very busy. We ordered a couple of appetizers, a salad, a bowl of potato soup, and a cheeseburger for a child. When the spinach dip got to us, the chips were extremely stale. It took forever for the waiter to come back so that we could tell him that we needed new chips. Also took forever to get refills for our drinks. He finally brought out our new batch of chips with spinach dip. When he brought us our receipt, I noticed that he charged us for 2 plates of spinach dip. The manager never even came over to talk to us. The waiter finally changed our receipt and took off the extra spinach dip. The only positives for today were the fried pickles were delicious and the child said the cheeseburger was good. Very disappointed!!!

I love this O’Charley’s! I’ve been to others in the area and they do not measure up. Service is always stellar, bread is served right away, drink orders are taken and food is always, consistently good. Great customer service and friendly wait staff round out the experience. You won’t be disappointed!

Newly remodeled with stellar service equals another great new dining experience in Collierville! We came here on a very busy week night and our server Dallas was excellent. He was attentive and knew the menu. He recommended the quesidillas with pico and they were tasty and zesty with fresh tomatoes and cilantro for flavor. I had the cheeseburger and my spouse had the chicken pot pie. I appreciate salads served on chilled plates that’s a nice touch. Our toddler claimed their mac and cheese was better than Red Robin and in my book that’s high praise! Wednesday is FREEPIE night and that was awesome! I tried the chocolate silk and he tried the cherry. Both were packed to go and we have a nice dessert for the weekend! Prices and very reasonable and the food was hot and yummy. Dinner for the 3 of us was $ 34 not bad at all. I will come again and request DALLAS for sure!

The bar area is warm and inviting. The server greeted me promptly and brought he beverage and rolls also very timely. I ordered a cheeseburger and a baked potato with cheese. The burger was cooked to perfection with a lovely char on the outside. It was a lite salty for my taste. The pie is freeing Wednesday nights. I ordered the caramel pie which came with chocolate shavings and chopped nuts. It was very sweet but also very good. The table was a little sticky. The waiter was less attentive towards the end of the meal although he did get very busy.

Amazing how new management can change a way a restaurant runs. I have written a few reviews for this particular O’Charley’s with my of giant one a few years back as a one star. Then a few months a go as a three star. Today I am changing it once again and raising. My husband, son and I stopped in to have a really quick meal with maybe 45 mins to spare for dinner. Our waiter was Kendrick and we let him know from the start we were in a hurry. I can only imagine how he may have appreciated us after that one. But he was quick, efficient, brought extra rolls, filled drinks and had our delicious steaks cooked perfectly to us. I was truly amazed with the quality of food, the attentive and friendly service and the overall turn around of the restaurant. We found out the new management is now under Kenny. Just want to say Bravo Zulu! We will definitely be coming back more often now.

Really hit the spot tonight. There was a manager running around busting his butt to make sure everyone was happy. Makes me want to come here more often.

This is one of those places that has good food for a chain restaurant. The one complaint is the service. It is really slow and I not sure why. I would understand if the place was crowded.

I have never been a huge O’charley’s fan because the service is so slow and my good is at most luke warm. But to put the icing on the cake, I came to the bar for happy hour and ordered a bottled Michelob Ultra. I start smelling dead fish and realize about 2 drinks in that it is the beer bottle. I told the bartender and he said«I believe that. They stock the bottled beer in the meat /fish cooler in the back». So I gave it back and ordered a draft Michelob Ultra. It tasted sour. I even asked my friend to try it because I was worried the whole fish thing had just gotten in my head and he took a tiny sip and said«oh my gosh don’t take another drink of it». The manager came over and asked if there was a problem and I told him what happened. He basically looked me in the face and said I was lying. I paid for my entire tab because I wanted to prove a point that it wasn’t about the money but I will never set foot in that place again. Disgusting!

It’s a typical O’Charley’s… chain type bar food. It’s decent, but the service at this location is lackluster. Slow and the food is not hot when it’s brought out.

I would honestly not recommend anyone going to this O’Charley’s. Maybe other places have better service, but I have gone here numerous times and never once have I had even decent service. Not only that, but the food is bland and I just do not ever want to go to this place ever again.

We had hoped the recent cosmetic updates to the building were an indication of improvements in the food, so we decided to give it another try. Unfortunately the menu and food quality were largely the same. O’Charley’s is chasing a price point too hard. They feature their $ 9.99 selections, all of which would no doubt be quite good at just a couple of dollars more, but don’t make the grade at this price point. For instance I had chicken strip tacos that would be quite good with high quality chicken strips, but instead were rendered barely acceptable by low quality clearly frozen and over breaded models. The«loaded potato soup» was also a surprise, as it was not what I would call potato soup. It was nacho soup. It had some potato in it, but it tasted and looked like the fake nacho cheese at a ball park or movie theater, and was way too thick to be soup. I actually at some on tortilla chips as a dip, it wasn’t bad that way, but as a soup it was a total failure.

The prices are way too high for average food. They used to be okay, but not on my list of options any more.

O’Charleys is somewhere I would eat if I were on the road and there was nothing else. I love the rolls they bring out though warm and fluffy! They have really good salads and chicken tenders! The chicken tenders arent really breaded but they are crispy! Also O’Charleys has some of the best ranch and honey mustard
