Jiffy Lube

I went to the Collierville, TN location on 11-​21-​2015 where I had the most unfortunate opportunity to interact with Mike the manager. Mike was yelling and using profanity while directing me in to the stall. It was around 8:30 and not very busy. He seemed annoyed he was working. I left without getting on oil change. I went to a nearby oil change and waited for 30 minutes because they had customers lined up for service. This shows the power of good customer service, the two businesses are less than 300 yards apart. This place deserves negative stars.

This place doesn’t even get a star. Worst service in the world. The manager, mike, is the worst kind of human ever. Yes, I know some people have bad days, but this man had the most hideous personality. Not only did this monster make my sister cry by shouting at her and calling her an idiot. He shouted at my dad and shoved him, while also shouting out racist slurs for him to speak English. This nasty, lunatic of a person was shouting so much that his customers left. The heartless man even shouted in front of young children that were accompanying their mother. People this is not even a man worthy of being a manager or less of being called a human. I suggest we put this man out of work and report him. He needs to get help fast before he shouts and strikes another customers. Thank you for the police for coming! But y’all really needed to put him in cuffs and throw away the keys. But I appreciate your help. I highly recommend you not ever coming to this establishment! One last warning! If you curious people who want to check this devil workshop. This place will lie to you for their inadequate cleaning service. For example, they told us that they couldn’t clean the carpet cause Kia has tough carpets to clean. You hear that Kia and other car companies be warned! These workers and their nonhuman manager at Jiffy Lube will lie to their customers about car companies being crap. I personally went to Kia and ask and they said they lied to us.

Never go to this jiffy lube. They blamed Kia for having bad carpets so they couldn’t get the most obvious dirt spots. I was yelled at and so was the other customer, which was a mother of two babies. I just wanted to know how the pricing worked for my service with my groupon and he had the worst attitude. He was slamming everything in his way and He even slammed the other lady’s car which scared me. I stepped outside wondering if it was my car but he screamed at me saying it wasn’t and being straight up rude. He was the manager, name was mike, and I didn’t mean to cry but I was just so scared and frustrated. I later called my dad and he came yelling because he was upset and they both voluntarily got close and mike dares to shove him. That’s when I knew I had to call the police before it got messy. Mike actually tried to make my dad hit him by provoking him to do so… The police could not do anything because they did not actually fight. I have never experienced anything like this in my life because I never start conflicts like this. the manager himself was just bad. I hope no one has to ever experience that. Please stay away from here.
Update: I did hear from heartland automotive services and I talked to someone higher up and they personally took care of things for me so I am very thankful to the lady (don’t know if I should mention her name) for understanding the situation from my viewpoint! Thank you.

Unprofessional and immature staff. They made me very uncomfortable. Also, I didn’t know a vacuum and window wash came with the service since they never offered or did it. Saw it as «declined» on my receipt after I left. Not going back.

If you want a cheap oil change and a screwed up car by all means go here. They rotated our tires and screwed up our alignment. They really have no idea what they are doing. An oil change on a day when there were no other customers took an hour. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
As it turns out they rotated our tired and managed to deflate one. Any other place would have made sure the tire pressure is good when the rotate your tires. After going back and arguing with them we finally checked the pressure ourselves. Right in front of them. Even after arguing with them more they wouldn’t let us re inflate our tire there.
On top of that they had a broken table in the waiting room. A four legged table with one leg missing. Big heavy wooden thing. They shoved the broken part against a chair so no one would notice. My toddler went to get a magazine off that table and it collapsed and pinched his fingers. Of course that wouldn’t have happened if we didn’t have to go back a second time. Or even wait 1 hour for them to screw up our car.
