Lone Star Collision

Took my car here a few weeks ago to get a rear spoiler replaced after it fell off. I met a super nice woman named Jennifer there and she ordered the spoiler part for me. However, after waiting over a week, the spoiler part still did not come and I called Jennifer constantly regarding the part but she never offered solutions or checked with UPS regarding the tracking number to this spoiler delivery dilemma. In the end, I went to another auto body shop that provided far superior customer service and had the spoiler fixed in only one day. Honestly, the people who work here are honest family folk, but they are just horrible at offering solutions to problems and providing updates to customers. If you have major or minor repairs, then I would recommend this shop as long as they have your car parts in stock.

My truck was hit by the hail back in April and I didn’t know who to turn to for repairs. The internet was my 1^st stop. Angies List provided some direction and Lone Star Collision «of Colleyville» was the destination. They kept me updated throughout the process. The quality of the repairs are excellent. I recommend this shop.

I had a great experience with Lone Star Collision. I went in for a couple of dings in my windshield. Lone Star Collision has a super friendly staff, the work was done with quality and in a timely fashion, and the price was very competitive. They went above and beyond and found three or four more dings and filled them at no extra cost. They made sure it was done right and guarantee the work for life. If I need work done on my car in the future I will be calling Lone Star Collision. Thanks for the great customer service and all around great experience!

Short Version: Great Place to get your car fixed! Wonderful service and the car looks fantastic.
Longer Version: I was in a very minor accident in my 3 month old Hyundai Genesis and the other party was responsible. We agreed to handle it without insurance and would charge it on their CC. Jennifer was an incredible help getting the information to me so that it could be forwarded on to the other party.
The quote was quick and efficient. I was probably in and out of there in 20 minutes.
Lone Star also worked with a near-​by rental company to get me picked up when I dropped off my car the following business day. They handled the bill with the Rental Company (so the other party could pay «once») and I didn’t need to handle any payments to get reimbursed.
There was a small difference in the quote vs. the final bill. All of the potential differences were explained up front so that I was able to explain the possibilities to the other party.
At the end there was about a $ 20 difference between quote and final (I think, it might have been less).
I was contacted and kept up with all of the ‘happenings’ with my car and I received my car on time even though there had been issues with the replacement bumper, twice.
The car looks fabulous! They completely cleaned the car before I picked it up, and I am incredibly happy with the result and the experience working with them.

Lincoln and Jennifer are wonderful. First thing I noticed when I walked in was the clean beautiful office and lobby. Not your typical grungy shop at all. Then in less than 10 min. Lincoln had come out to review my car with me and had presented me with a computer generated detailed estimate. Secondly, he called to ensure he could have the parts needed the next day and after a quote of 3 – 4 days to repair it it was done in a day and a half and that was after I called to add another item to the repair. He personally kept me informed of the progress and gave me several hours notice of when it would be ready so I could find a ride to get there. Last but definitely not least, the car had been completely detailed in and out (cleaner than it has ever been). I was completely impressed and will recommend them to everyone I know. The quality of the work was excellent.

Read a lot of good reviews about this shop and I was not disappointed. I emailed 5 different shops for a quote, and Lonestar was the only one that sent a professional .pdf printout with everything itemized. And their price was much more reasonable than the other quotes I received. I worked with Jennifer, who was very professional, and courteous. They called me to let me know when the work was completed, and they were right on schedule. I highly recommend Lonestar Collission, and look forward to doing business with them again.
