Colleyville Animal Clinic is a full service animal treatment center, hospitalization and boarding facility. We offer boarding, grooming, and surgical services as well. We strive to present a comfortable, friendly environment for clients and pets.
History
Established in 1970.
Our clinic began as a mixed animal practice working out of a trailer in Colleyville by Dale Hodgson, DVM in the 1970s. Dale built a 2,500 square foot facility later and began treating primarily small animals by the 1980s. Doctors Blick and Wilson graduated in the same 1981 KSU class and worked in veterinary practices in the Dallas-Fort Worth area until purchasing the Colleyville Animal Clinic business from Dale Hodgson in November of 1989. The new practice was set up in the same building, which was leased until the doctors purchased it in 1994. The small animal practice was grown and the building remodeled over the next ten years.
