These employees are the most knowledgable ‘gamers’ ever… they are just right for their job. They’re super friendly at the checkout and even whip up a conversation suggesting other games you might like based on what you’re buying at the time. They’re also nice about giving you a heads up on pre-​orders, or how you could save some (or get more) loot for your trade-​ins. Always available to answer questions via phone even though they probably hear it 10 times a day.
Prices seem a little higher than online, or other large retail chains like walmart or best buy, but if a familiar face or friendly service helps, then they’ve got it!
