Brian M. Stephen and Tim T. Mayfield are the sole owner of the firm and both are a members of The Appraisal Institute (MAI). Since 1984, Mr. Stephen has been engaged in evaluating various types of real estate including commercial, special purpose, farms and ranches, industrial, and multi-​family properties in various cities within the state of Texas and the Southern U.S. Tim Mayfield has been actively appraising since 2000. Our services include commercial property appraisals, special purpose property appraisals, and farm and ranch appraisals in addition to property tax consulting, investment counseling, feasibility analysis, and studies for such purposes as: mortgage loan, estate planning, investment analysis, and condemnation purposes. Paramount Property Analysts is centrally located in College Station, Texas, with offices in Dallas, Houston and San Angelo, Texas.
