Cybercom failed to act when a very extremely loud alarm went off on one of my colo servers. The reason the alarm was installed when I built the server was to alert staff of a failed drive in a RAID array. While I had extra hop swap drives ready, no one called me nor asked for a backup drive and it ended up with a catastrophic massive data loss over over 10 years of photos and over a million files owned by over 10,000 people including Texas fire departments websites and the list goes on.
