I used this office to purchase Renters insurance. I dealt with a woman named Lizada who was very helpful and got me all set up. I paid for everything in full right there and received my package in the mail. Unfortunately about a month later I received a letter in the mail saying that I still owed more money on my policy. I was told they everything was all set and paid for when i purchased the plan and was never ever told that I would owe anything else. She skipped saying that to complete the sale. Luckily after calling up State Farm they told me that I would not be responsible for the extra charge. State Farm is a great company, however I would highly recommend not purchasing insurance from this location. The woman I dealt with was very dishonest and only wanted to help me out when I was purchasing the plan. I called her to question the charge later on and she was not nearly as helpful. I would recommend purchasing from another location so that you don’t have to spend more than an hour on the phone trying to get and unreasonable fee removed from your account.
