Caliph is terrific! I had two laptops with issues. One was not repairable and he was very honest in letting me know that the hard drive needed to be replaced. The second computer was my work computer and I needed it right away because I was going on travel for the job the next week. Caliph made the repairs quickly and was reasonably priced. He kept in touch by phone and text to let me know where he was in the process and what the cost would be so that there would be no surprises.
Overall, Caliph is communicative, honest, accommodating, appropriately-priced, fast, and convenient. I will definitely call him back if I ever have more computer problems.

Caliph is a pro… He knows what he’s doing and does it quietly and with no drama, which I thoroughly appreciate. I had Caliph come to my office (a 2-person home-based business) to meet and assess our needs. He ordered the computers we needed, loaded them with software prior to coming here on installation day and came as scheduled. That day, he loaded the special software we use in my business and had us up and running after a minimum of downtime. I kept waiting for the sky to fall but that never happened. Since this uneventful transition (which — trust me — is the BEST kind of computer transition), Caliph has answered our occasional emailed questions and has been great to deal with. I recommend his services wholeheartedly and without reservation.

I called Dynamic this morning to find out if they could fix my printer and spoke with Khalif. He told me that he doesn’t specialize in fixing printers, so he couldn’t help me directly. I asked if he knew of anyone who could help and here’s where he blew me away with great customer service. He took my number and promised to reach out to his network to find me someone. About 15 minutes later, he called me back to let me know that he found someone and that they would be calling me shortly (MicroGeeks and they were great too).
I have rarely met business owners who take that initiative to help someone who isn’t even their customer. Kudos to Khalif! If I ever have computer issues, I most certainly will go to him first. I’m so very impressed!

I have a small business and I use them for all my needs when it comes to computers. First time I used them I had my main computer lock up on me. I thought all my files were gone but Kalif managed to get the virus out and save my files. Amazing. He is so reasonable for what he delivers. I have sent many happy folks to him and I shall do so in the future. He is also just the nicest person as well.
He does all my home computers now.
