Located in Central Iowa, not far from Des Moines, Toby isn’t your typical poodle and sword twisting guy. Toby the Balloon Dude designs detailed balloon sculptures that leave nothing to the imagination and most of his creations take less than two minutes to create. If you’re looking for a highly talented person who can make nearly ANYTHING out of balloons while entertaining then Toby the Balloon Dude is the artist for you. As a Balloon Artist and Twister, Toby the Balloon Dude is constantly working on improving his skills and is working hard to make sure every time you see him, he will have something NEW to show you.
