Susan is the broker/​owner of Goehrs Properties; a Lake Livingston based residential real estate brokerage. Goehrs Properties is one of the largest agencies in the Lake Livingston Area. Susan currently holds the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CRB (The Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers), GRI (Graduate Realtors Institution), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and an e-​Pro Designation in technology. She has been specializing in the Lake Livingston area real estate for over 19 years.

Susan also holds a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist Certification, an International association of Home Staging Professionals-​Accredited Staging Certification, Accredited Luxury Home Specialist Certification, Short Sale and Foreclosure Certification, and Texas Affordable Housing Specialist.

Susan has activity been involved in the San Jacinto County community affairs since 1984.
