I went here today to get an oil change, and the man working said it would take 50 minutes. So much for «instant oil change.» Makes more sense to go to tire discounters where I can at least drop off my car and go to frischs or something while I wait that long.

To be quite honest I’m always wary about where to take my vehicle to get a routine oil change. I can honestly say that these folks not only have the knowledge necessary but most importantly they NOT over bearing.
I always am afraid that they’re going to try and upswell every service and windshield wiper they have to offer. Although they do offer the service they let the customer make the decision and whatever that decision may be that’s the end of the discussion. It’s quite nice going in to a service facility and knowing that they’re there to actually help and teach you. Great employees make for great service and loyal customers.

The guys who work here are super friendly and helpful and quick, quick, quick. They have a little waiting room, but the last few times I’ve gone, I actually just stayed in the car during the oil change, including paying directly from my window. Literal drive-​though oil change service!
They do try to up-​sell on wiper blades, air filters, and other routine maintenance. More than likely, most of that is merited, but for someone who isn’t a car expert, I do sometimes wonder if everything they recommend is really necessary. No hard selling though.

My timing was good tonight. I was in and out of her truly in record time. I’ve had several oil changes done at this Valvoline location in Cold Spring, KY. They sometimes try to sell you additional services although this is normal in this industry. The thing is they are not pushy. The technicians here are very pleasant and professional and you always feel comfortable about the way they treat you as a customer. I’m pretty sure my next oil change will be here.

The employees were all very friendly and helpful! They checked all lights, brake lights, turn signals, tire pressure, etc. I’ll be stopping by again for my next oil change!
