Good experience today. This is the 53 bank inside the Kroger grocery store. I’ve been here many times because of its convenient location. With my busy schedule I usually use this location because it is open until 7 pm. We arrived around 625 pm to open an account for my son. Tony. the personal banker, was with another customer so we patiently waited. By the time he was done with that customer it was 10 minutes before closing. He was kind enough to stay late, take care of us, get everything set-​up and explained everything to my son. This was important since this is my son’s first bank account. I compliment him for for providing good customer service to myself and especially, my son.
