Adam is the Operating Principal of Keller Williams Realty Green Mountain Properties, the CEO of The Adam Hergenrother Team at Keller Williams Realty GMP, Owner of ALH Property Management, Owner of BlackRock Construction, Founder & Owner of Universal Properties International, and President & CEO of Mind Spark, Inc.

Within his first 3 years in real estate, Adam was named a Top 30 Under 30 Agent by Realtor Magazine and a REMAX associate of the year, featured on HGTV’s House Hunters, was named Rookie of the Year by Northern Vermont Board of Realtors and voted Rising Star of the Year by the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce.

In 2009, Adam made one of his first of many bold moves and left REMAX to open a Keller Williams Realty franchise — the first in Vermont. In less than 1 year, he helped grow the office from 5 to over 50 agents and employees.
