Just left the store. Not surprised that they have so many bad reviews. This ain’t brain surgery folks!
I came in with my own box & shippong lables for an Amazon return. The woman with the orange face tan charged me $ 1.00 to tape the label to the box. I offered to do it myself. She said no, we have to charge because we do this this all day. I paid the $ 1.00 it took her all of 1 second to drag the tape gun across the box. At this rate they are collecting $ 60 /​a minute for services. Rediculous nickel & diming of customers. GOD BLESS THE POST OFFICE!

I work for an international franchisor and we often need notaries. Gary has been hugely helpful on the Notary front, even setting aside a specific time for us to sit down so that we can do dozens at a time. I find it easier to work locally with Gary than any notaries in downtown Boston near my office.

Manager or owner is rude. He told the woman ahead of me that she was lying about the price she paid last time to ship golf clubs. He said I’m the owner and you never got that price. Really weird response from a grown man running a store. Not professional at all.
When I got up to him asking him how much to print a shipping label off my phone. He said how do you plan on doing that if its on your phone? I’m thinking well it’s 2015 so AirPrint or wifi print? This guy runs a store with printing and he can’t figure it out? He then tells me I can pull it up on the computer using email but it’s $ 3.00. I said its 9 cents if I upload it to your site. He said you could do that and it will be ready in 2 days. I’m like are you kidding me?! And I left.

This is the worst UPS store anywhere. .
I say boycott this store for the holidays and use the usps…
My friend who is quiet and wouldn’t say boo to anyone got ripped off by this store trying to send medicine to her daughter in school .
Not only did THEY put the wrong address on the package and send it to the wrong place but they had the nerve to charge her another $ 15.00 to send it again after THEY LOST IT and she found it sent back to her house… which they say they would never do…
They also said they would call her back. never did!
If this is how they treat the people in there own town they don’t deserve to be in business.
Please boycott this UPS STORE IN COHASSET MA!

I’ve never had a good experience here. Staff is not very welcoming or helpful. I use it now only to drop off pre-​labeled UPS shipments.

I can say that being in business for myself — and seeing the two reviews that dinged these guys… here is a question… why should a business, provide labor and free tape? Goto the post office, they will make you buy an entire roll of it. I often throw in things for free — but I am ultimately the one who pays for it and one may want to think about this as I can guarantee you that this store is not making millions of dollars but covering their costs and perhaps a bit of a mediocre salary for the owner at best.
I have no relation nor even know the owners name. Just couldn’t help but put in a positive review (they always take my pre-​taped packages without any argument).

What a terrible customer experience. The staff was useless, but what really got me upset was being charged to tape a box. If I wasn’t in a rush I would have gone someplace else.

Don’t bother wasting your time; unless you care less about being treated like you are annoying them. I walked in 7 minutes before closing and would have thought it was 7 hours past closing. I simply needed to print my electronic label and then put bubble wrap around the item I was shipping because I already had the box. Yet the guy behind the counter said it couldn’t be done then, I would have to come back in the morning. Awesome!
Put it this way, I was back home in Norwell 7 miles away at 6:31. They closed at 6:30 or at least that’s what the sign says. Don’t bother!
